We had an itison voucher for sunday lunch and it was excellent value. We enjoyed the choice of menu and the food was tasty and the service good so overall very happy.

Purchased voucher as a gift for my parents to enjoy a meal together. They were met with terrible service waiting around for ages for waiting staff. Drinks order was messed up despite being asked for drinks order multiple times. Food arrived with beef raw and potatoes that were dried out and rock hard. They will never go back.
Reception staff were great and empathic when my parents mentioned their issues and took the feedback seriously.

The lunch was lovely although the roast beef was on the rare side for my taste, however it was very tender and tasty.
The service was a wee bit slow however we were in no rush.

Me and my husband had a 3 course Sunday lunch
The food was excellent, every course was good and the timing of the courses worked well for us.
The decor, very inviting.
We had decided to have drinks first before our meal. Only 2 each. My complaint, the price, £20.75 for a double Warners rhubarb gin and a little bottle of fever tree tonic, ludicrous price. It is a more up market hotel but wow, most expensive drink I've ever had!

The roast beef and Yorkshire pudding was delicious and we all enjoyed our meal and thank you for obliging us with a late lunch. Our family from Australia enjoyed everything.

It was a lovely experience Sunday lunch was very tasty starter main course and dessert good value for money would definitely recommend been before for afternoon tea and spa it was also a treat staff very friendly and attentive

Pool and leisure facilities were lovely. However restaurant food plates were tiny and the service too slow. They missed my starter and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes!
