I have eaten at Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen before and never been disappointed with the food or the staff . Five stars for everything.

The food was amazing. Minestrone soup was delicious. My husband had pate and the chutney that was served with it was beautiful. We both chose pasta dishes which were cooked to perfection.
Ww then shared a sweet which was a cheesecake. The base was very firm which personally I didn't think it needed. I was happy with the crumb that was served with the ice cream.
Well worth a visit if considering Italian dishes.

This is our 4th trip here, and on the previous 3 trips we all left happy. This time not so much. We ate from the market menu and a la carte. The mozzarella sticks are lucky to be half the size they were previously. For main I had pizza which was tasty, albeit could have done with more cheese. Sticky toffee pudd was lovely, but a smaller portion than I got served last time. Wife had chicken in peppercorn and she enjoyed it, no complaints. Daughter had chicken cajun pasta from a la carte and portion size was very small and taste very bland. I fear that this restaurant wont last the year if they maintain this quality and quantity of food. These are better alternatives.

Food and service first class. Also, the background music was good and not too loud.

The food was good and the waitress was very welcoming. However, we were the only couple in the restaurant for the whole evening.

Voucher stated ANY pizza, pasta or risotto. In the end I recall only two pizzas and two pastas offered. The pizza was burnt badly on the base and so tasted bitter. We were the only two in the restaurant so no atmosphere either.
