We were really looking forward to going to The Dome but while the food was lovely the service was not. 4 servers standing around chit chatting and ignoring customers. Was it because we were there with a voucher? Don’t know but we won’t be back.

The Dome is a beautiful building that continues inside with wonderful surroundings. The staff are very professional,welcoming and attentive. The food is delicious and very well presented.

My friend and I visit quite frequently as we always enjoy the delicious meal in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere ! In the lovely club room !!

When we arrived they told me I had only booked for two and our table was set for only two the girl ask us to wait to get another table ready. Not what I expected however the girl was very apologetic we got seated and forgot about what happened everybody makes a mistake some time or other.
The rest of the day was wonderful my Sister and Niece had a really lovely day Thanks to Me and all your staff

We had dined with you on two previous occasions and been very happy hence booking a third voucher. Unfortunately our last visit wasn’t the same place. The waiting staff didn’t seem to be “on the ball”.
We waited ages before our order was taken, they failed to bring the glass of champagne, on reminding the waitress, that this had been ordered she said that she would check our voucher. My husband was brought a dirty tea cup and when the food came, my order was tepid. This resulted in me having an upset stomach about 30 minutes after leaving .
It was altogether very disappointing after our first two very successful visits with great service.
