I purchased this voucher as a gift for my friend as she has been before and really enjoyed her visit. However on arrival she mentioned to the waiter about the itison voucher and the service/tone changed immediately. The waiter was very dismissive and service was very poor from start to finish of their visit - very disappointed that attitudes should change to each customer - I await your comments
