No hot water for tea or coffee we were told. Got one mocktail instead. But when having the food other people were getting hot drinks. Food was OK. Had better

Lovely surroundings and staff were very friendly and professional. The afternoon tea was well presented with good variety of savoury and sweet items. I am gluten free and it was just as good if not better than the non-gluten free option. The scones were amazing. Thoroughly recommend Grand Central.

I felt our table for two could have been better… it was just stuck on at the end of a row of tables . However the food was exc and thr staff were really friendly . It was good that my friend could have a mocktail instead of a Bellini.

Afternoon tea was lovely but had to ask twice for peach bellini which was included. It eventually came at the end of the lunch also had to ask twice for coffee refill
