Didn’t like unisex toilets

My granddaughter would use the toilets as we were told they were unisex surley as a children’s play park they should be male and female when we went to go in a lady was going in with her wee boy and two older men were coming out surley this isn’t rite

2nd time I'd been with my granddaughter. Weather was great, lots to do, foam party at the end of the day wasn't expected and she had great fun. Really busy which was a good atmosphere but some parents leave their children unsupervised and it was a bit chaotic at the toboggans as children weren't passing on the toboggans or queuing etc. which was unfair to other children. Probably a bit of staff supervision required when it's so busy at certain areas.

Valley View has everything that children love to play on. My grandchildren had a fabulous day exploring everything. I especially like it because everything is close together and you don’t need to walk far within the park.
Great park and voucher good value but not easy to book

Park is brilliant. Lots of activities for up to age 12 max I would say. Can get very busy tho and there were no spare picnic benches available except in the poly tunnels which were like saunas!
Main issue I had was getting booked with an Itison voucher. They only accept a certain number of vouchers a day even though the park isn’t full. ( they don’t tell you that) I had to try 3 times to get booked. Ended up having to take a day that didn’t really suit. I actually wouldn't book a voucher again for that reason. Yes it’s a good saving but too restrictive.

A great day & the children had a ball. Only disappointing aspect was that there were some activities that were not highlighted as being not included in our package with additional cash only payment being required? It would be helpful to advice customers of this prior to the sale of tickets
