One lift not working when we arrived. Then later when we returned to the hotel both lifts out of order.

Both lifts being out of order wasn't ideal! We were on the 7th floor! Wad told we could get the use of the service lifts if it was necessary but speak to manager first. Still out if order next morning.

Always enjoy my stay at Leonardo but was let down one day with no housekeeping and had to inform reception so i got it next day.

Whilst our one night stay was lovely, we have stayed in Leonardo Hotel Aberdeen many times and rooms are nice & clean, but are looking on the tired side especially the bathrooms. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and all staff are always very helpful and courteous. The only slight niggle we had was actually not the hotels fault as we booked purely through itison site, we were not given a superior room as the voucher indicated, with fridge & complimentary water and biscuits so it might be an idea when booking to call hotel first and make sure they have spaces for itison deals for the superior rooms if that matters to you.

We enjoyed our stay in this central hotel. Staff very helpful, room clean and well appointed. Only two comments, no safe in room and although breakfast was tasty and varied where are the Aberdeen butteries? Please provide these amazing rolls.
Very good but forgot to give us the free water biscuits and newspaper which were part of the voucher

Moth central

Stayed on floor 7. All 3 rooms had moth traps and holes in the carpet. There was a moth flying round my room. On checking skirting there was dead moths in the carpet and bits left from previous guests. Vacuuming must not be happening as holes in one room were central. Before finding all this we were enjoying our stay. At breakfast had to ask about eggs which turned out were from Europe so couldn't have them.
