nice but very small. if you had been before there is now no jacuzzi or pool which was a bit saddening. staff lovely

The thermal experience was good although changing room was small the staff were efficient and attentive
The afternoon tea was very good plenty choice and worth every penny

The staff were great, we had also booked massages and both ladies were very informative of options and it was a great addition that rounded off a lovely visit to a beautiful location

Our spa experience was cut short by 15 mins as therapists came to collect us for our treatments early. The whole spa experience, time in spa an treatments was over in an hour and a half. Definitely don't think it was value for money.

Booked well in advance. Stated our dietary requirements. Vegetarian sandwiches placed directly on top of meat sandwiches. Brought this to their attention and they didn’t seem to think it was a problem. Just lift the sandwiches off the meat ones. Asked what vegetarian sandwiches we would like choice of cheese or egg mayo. Asked for a bit of lettuce or tomatoes on sandwich - we do t have lettuce or tomatoe. Waited 40 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. When afternoon tea arrived we had to ask for our tea. Very disappointing experience. This was a gift for my friends birthday. I wouldn’t go back.

It was great.
It was on an itison voucher for spa and 30mins treatment. I had a shoulder injury and they adapted my treatment. I was offered the option ti pay £12.50 more to add in exfoliation which i accepted but no more time added to treatment which was a bit disappointing.
