The apartments are very close to everything in Oban. Staff in the hotel were all friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were as expected . A lovely break!

Yes all was well, nice clean rooms and bedding. We were on the top floor. Would be better with a lift.

Booked the Randal Apartments through itison. The apartment itself was nice and had all amenities required. My problem was the picture of the outside of the apartments is absolutely nothing like the apartments or the location and was extremely disappointed with the actual location itself. It sits at the bottom end of Oban just off the main street with very limited paid parking. The parking is free but only between 6pm and 9am. Using the on street parking machines only allows you a ticket with a maximum of 2hrs and charges 20p every 10mins.

Having previously stsyed here, ee knew what to expect
We arrived slightly early but were delighted to be informed that our room was rready. Room was clean, modern and had the usual facilities. Breakfasf was goof although cooked options were limited but this is stated and does not detract from the food.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Acomodation is value for money. Nice choice of items for breakfast. Room was spotless. Hotel is in great location for a stay in Oban.

Situated off a side street behind the main street but still only a 2 minute walk. The hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were great, so friendly and helpful, especially Melinda who seemed to wear lots of hats!! The continental breakfast was very good. A lovely selection of poached eggs, bacon baps, avocado on toast, waffles, pancakes and much more..
It was fully booked, I understand why. It was much nicer than a large hotel where once checked in not much more of an interaction with staff unless in the restaurant.
The room was clean, beds very comfortable, bathroom spotless. 🤩.... The only exception was the shower door seal wouldn't allow the door to close. It swung fully open in and out of the shower so the floor and shower towel mat got very wet. I can't understand why a major repair was not attended to! It was the only thing that let the hotel down.

I’m a returning guest & find the location handy for trains, buses & ferries.
Staff are friendly & the apartment has kitchen facilities should I wish to eat in.
A few minor problems.. under kitchen cabinet lights not working & the shower door does not fully close. Extractor fan in shower room not working.
However still comfortable although some folk might find the room kinda dark.

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. Room was cosy and clean, comfortable bed (we upgraded to a grand room).
Breakfast was a surprise. We expect a cold continental however, there was a lovely warm options of bacon/poached egg on toast, avocado on toast and various pancakes. A lovely surprise and thoroughly enjoyed. We would visit again if cost was reasonable. Oban is beautiful too.

Room was very clean and comfortable and staff very pleasant. Breakfast choices and quality were not the best and you need to pay for parking 9-6 at £1:20 per hour. Overall I enjoyed my stay
