Really enjoyed our three days at the Leonardo Hotel in Belfast, very central and just a 5 minute walk from the bus station. We have no complaints about the hotel, reception staff were very nice and our room was ready when we checked in about 10.30 in the morning allowing us to start our trip.

The only fault was the breakfast area was chaotic & disorganised although the breakfast itself was lovely . There was clearly a problem clearing tables with many needing cleared to allow other people to use them . That was the only fault otherwise it was truly excellent lovely central location with lovely staff & lovely accomodation .

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable but bathroom could do with upgrading. Although water power from shower was excellent.
Breakfast was chaotic on the first morning! Long queues to access breakfast area, no glasses, no cups , no breakfast juice, no cutlery, no coffee in machines.
However, service was absolutely fine on the 2nd morning although some breakfast items needed restocking more often Please could we have warm plates?
Bar area was very welcoming.

The hotel is in a great, central location with easy to reach tourist spots, restaurants, pubs, etc.
However, the best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.
