Hotel: clean & comfortable room (looks & feels new/updated) with corner sofa in room. Toiletries better than usual in this standard of hotel. Staff - very friendly & welcoming.
Location: tram stop couldn't be closer. Supermarket across from the hotel & seafront @5minute walk.

From arrival the reception staff were very helpful and gave us good information for parking , dinner reservations and breakfast times , they also arranged for my brother and sister in law to be next to us to help with my husband who has use of a wheelchair and the big plus is that the hotel is next to the new north tramline which was so handy for getting out and about
