Our sauna and wild swimming experience was absolutely amazing. The sauna is gorgeous and a dip in the loch was stunning.
Service at the hotel was absolutely abysmal. We arrived a few minutes after our booking and we're given drinks menus. Then were left sitting for 20mins before we eventually went and ordered drinks at the bar, a server walked past at least four times without making any acknowledgement of us being there. We then waited a further half an hour (50min) before asking if our (pre booked) charcuterie board was actually coming?!?! For someone then to come out and ask if we wanted cheese or charcuterie... I'd already asked for charcuterie twice during the booking process. Noone came to meal check or ask if we wanted further drinks. Someone did eventually come and try to clear our plates when there was very obviously still food left and we were still eating. Expected a much higher lever of service, or just some semblance of service for a property of this calibre.
