I enjoyed my experience as I do each time I stay. However, I must say that the breakfast was rather below par, out of the three days I stayed I only took breakfast on the first day, and chose to eat elsewhere on the second and third days.
Apart from breakfast everything else was very good.

Room view was lovely Oran Mor and botanic gardens
Staff very helpful courteous
Check in and out reception staff very welcoming friendly helpful keeping our luggage in order to allow us to have a browse around Byres Road shopping area.
Hotel was spotless
With our voucher drink on arrival and breakfast we opted for soft drink the bar man was very helpful

Great location for the west end. Itison voucher was a good deal, with breakfast and a welcome drink. Service at bar was a bit slow. Breakfast was a buffet but well cooked and replenished regularly. Comfy bed room was a bit warm.
