I have been many times to the Stirling Highland Hotel. The service you get is first class, the staff are all lovely.

Everything was great, apart from lunch. Still great value for what we paid but choice poor.
We hoped for a healthy choice but Caesar salad was it with a £5 supplement to add chicken.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were helpful, friendly and polite.
The spa itself was a little tired and in need of touch ups.
More seating and hooks in the pool area required.
Would there be space to have spa lunches any closer? The restaurant was just about as far away from the spa as possible.
Overall we did have a good day but it would be nice to see the place updated a little and a few tweeks made.

We had a lovely spa day. All the staff are lovely. 2 of our party had lunch and 2 had afternoon tea. Both were fantastic.

Every aspect of the spa day was amazing. The treatments were 5 star, followed by a lovely afternoon tea. My friend and I will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel, hotel staff and staff in the spa are very welcoming and helpful. Spa treatments were really nice. You need to plan timing though for leisure use, lunch and treatments or tell restaurant staff you have a treatment booked. We didn't and were left at lunch for a considerable time with starters finished and no main course. Actually think we were forgotten and our main course arrived 10 mins before our treatment appointments. Asked the waiter to contact the spa and apologise or request a late appt start time as we were still eating. He returned and said it's not a problem, just say you were held up at the restaurant "blame us, haha!" However, we were 15 minutes late back to the spa after eating so fast we felt sick, and staff were waiting for us, and had NOT been contacted by the restaurant. Really poor service. It wouldn't put me off going back but it was rude, and I'd definitely notify the restaurant if you have limited time to eat. We had 1.5hrs for lunch and sat with our starters for about 45mins. Not good. Needs improved and the waiter should definitely make a call if asked in my opinion and not lie about it.
