I booked this Spa Day & afternoon tea for a birthday.
The staff in the Spa were terrific, especially Claire who made the booking easy and welcomed us on arrival. My therapist Eilidh, was lovely, the facial was excellent!
I also note how clean everything was, toilets, mirrors, changing rooms, pool, hot tub, all spotless.
The afternoon tea was a little disappointing.
One finger cucumber sandwich each, one small brioche roll and a tiny square of bread with a sliver of salmon with capers. This was the savoury content, the rest was small scones which were lovely and some tiny cakes. More savoury items would have been nice.
Would still recommend as the staff everywhere were great and the spa really good.

Enjoyed spa day with 2x 25 min treatments and lunch with group of friends. Liked pool and using jacuzzi. Treatments were lovely and therapist excellent. Lunch was fine. Fish n chips were okay, batter a bit thick on fish and only a token amount of peas . Otherwise good portion and tasty. Others all enjoyed what they had. Bar prices reasonable. Would do spa day again if good offer.

We really enjoyed our spa day. The location is beautiful and full of history. The staff were really pleasant. Facilities are lovely and super clean and the treatments were so relaxing. The therapists were so attentive and knowledgeable. We had it topped off with a really nice afternoon tea with the most delicious scones. We will definitely be returning.

I had a back massage and facial from Sonia the therapist. Both were extremely relaxing and skin felt lovely after facial. Sonia managed to massage out some tender knots around my shoulder blades. Also had a head massage and scalp treatment which I wasn't expecting. Whole experience was amazing. Would highly recommend. Relaxation room is lovely with tea, water and herbal teas available. Also used leisure facilities, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Wasn't too busy or noisy. Facilities all very clean. Went for afternoon tea which again was really nice. Good selection of cakes and sandwiches.Worth every penny
