Loved the pool ,sauna and jacuzzi.Made my overnight stay so worthwhile.
Room was also nice and breakfast was good.
Staff were very polite and very accommodating.

The room was spacious and comfortable but the bed was too small ... we spent 2 nights trying not to roll out of it.
The menu was varied and the food was tasty. Breakfast items were rather dried out under the hot lamps, even when we arrived shortly after the restaurant opened. The hash browns tasted as if they had been out on the tray since the previous morning.

Room was tatty , bedroom cold and window did not fit properly. This was a November visit
No heating in the bathroom
Heat in bedroom was not always on must be controlled by Hotel
Dining room food was also poor , people were sending it back to the kitchen

On arrival, our room was absolutely freezing. The shower cubicle was rusty, the grouting around the shower was dirty, the skirting board was all chipped and needing re painted, the overflow on the bathroom sink was full of black mould. The walls in the room were marked and chipped paint, the carpet was dirty and stained and the window trim was mouldy too. When we asked to upgrade to another room we were told the hotel was fully booked, the room we were in was due to be refurbished, apology given re our disappointment and told a portable heater would be brought to the room. 4 hours later, after going for dinner we had to ask again for a heater in the room. The main areas of the hotel are ok and the food is ok too, the staff were all lovely but we won't be hurrying back to stay. We were also told a manager would come to discuss our concerns, this never happened 😞

Really disappointed. Normally itison has great finds. Found the hydro to be very dated and run down. Clean bed sheets, towels and clean bathroom was the only positive thing. The music from the bar/dining area woke us before our alarms did at 8am. We decided to skip the leisure facilities because of our first impression and decided to miss breakfast for the same reason.

The staff at hotel is nice and friendly, the room of the hotel is not new and some of them need improvement, but considering the price, I think it is inside my expectation, so I enjoy my holiday in this hotel.
