Room 210 easy accessible and very comfortable. Easy heating very comfortable apart from bathroom towel rail not working properly. Breakfasts very good and dinner both nights adequate. Comfortable lounge and bar well stocked.

The hotel had just enough disabled parking bays to allow us to park at the door. The check in staff were very friendly and details of restaurant/bar meals were explained. I had helpfully been allocated a ground floor room. The bar meals were fine for evening meals and the breakfast service was very efficient. The food was good for a cooked breakfast. The choices were very good - although limited on my first morning. Fresh supplies were brought out - I just missed them.
The bedroom was a good size but the heating was WAY too high. We couldn’t work out how to turn it off/down. Unfortunately the windows would not open. The walk in shower was brilliant
This was booked for two nights with a £40 food allowance which worked out perfectly.

Tired!! and not due to lack of sleep

This hotel is very very “tired” in desperate need of a renovation. Room was clean but curtains hanging of frame, decorative update definitely needed. SHOWER well…..if it’s raining stand outside you’ll get a better water pressure, shower definitely not fit for purpose….showering!!
Ok, on the plus side breakfast is good but get there early, once it’s done, it’s definitely done!!!

The voucher was excellent value for money! We had a lovely big room facing the front. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very adequate but basic.
The communal areas were lovely and we had a pleasant meal in the dining room. It was a good breakfast although a few things ran out and were not replaced. Coffee was disappointing.

Loved the pool ,sauna and jacuzzi.Made my overnight stay so worthwhile.
Room was also nice and breakfast was good.

The room was spacious and comfortable but the bed was too small ... we spent 2 nights trying not to roll out of it.
The menu was varied and the food was tasty. Breakfast items were rather dried out under the hot lamps, even when we arrived shortly after the restaurant opened. The hash browns tasted as if they had been out on the tray since the previous morning.
The room was disappointing, quite tatty and very cold heating was not fully in your control, b/room had no heating

Heat in bedroom was not always on must be controlled by Hotel
Dining room food was also poor , people were sending it back to the kitchen
