Great views from the room, which was clean and comfortable. Bar was warm friendly and inviting food was very good. The staff were all friendly and the live music was a welcome bonus.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, was my birthday so they upgraded the room and made it feel special for me. Food was lovely and staff very attentive.

The accommodation was good and a good outlook from our window we eat in the bar I got the festive pie it was ok the accompanying veg was quite soggy. We also got the full Scottish which was totally inedible

Had a fantastic stay with my husband and other members of my family. Accommodation was beautiful, spotless clean and lovely and cosy. Spent the afternoon listening to the amazing Tom Urie and then had dinner in the Restaurant. Our server was Stuart and he was so nice and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, plenty of choice. I have already purchased Itison vouchers for our next stay in January and would urge everyone to do the same, it’s an amazing deal.

Tom Urie was great on the Sunday playing in the bar - great banter and music!

It was first class from the minute we arrived until we left, Grace at reception was very welcoming, room was clean and the view to Loch Lomond was first class. Antonia in the Restaurant was very attentive and welcoming. First class customer service throughout, including the shop and coffee house
