Quiet ancient comfortable

I cannot thank the staff enough for the incredible support provided during my recent visits to Aberdeen which were under tragic circumstances. My only son passed away on 25th August and we had to make several visits to Aberdeen to make arrangements for the funeral service.
I felt safe and warm in the Copthorne environment. Thank you all for helping me through these darkest of days.

We have stayed there several times and it never fails to impress us. The staff, the hotel and getting it for a bargain price was amazing.

We have stayed many times but this time we had a room on a side street and the bins were emptied about 6 and the traffic noise was a problem. The other thing was a bath with a shower over which was not really suitable for me but that was probably my fault for not asking for shower only. We will still stay in future but ask for a more suitable room.

Yes everything was great, nice polite helpful staff. Lovely food in the restaurant. Decor throughout the hotel is modern and welcoming.

The hotel staff were excellent from the book in receptionist, bar staff and restaurant staff. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

From our first step into the hotel till the moment we left, we were attended to impeccably. The reception staff ,and the manager could not have been more attentive, even moving us to a new room, for our pea ce of mind. We will return
