Once again we had a faultless stay at the Copthorne.

We were given a warm welcome on arrival. The rooms were spotless and the twin beds were very spacious. The meal we had on the first night was delicious and well presented. The only negative was the TV channels kept freezing and cutting out. It was my son and me for this visit, but I am hoping to visit again with my wife.

Because of mobility difficulties we had booked the “accessible” room was not. However as the hotel lift had broken down a few days earlier we couldn’t use this - on the 4th floor. We were allocated a room on the 2nd floor which was the first one with bedrooms. This meant we had to climb 2 flights of stairs. Despite this we did enjoy our time at the Copthorne, and the staff on duty were very helpful.
