The young ladies who did my massage was very attentive all the staff were very pleasant. Good use of pool and steam room and we went for lunch in restaurants was lovely great day will be back.

We had never visited before and there is no sign to say where to go for the spa. We entered through the main reception and walked through the hotel. When we booked in our therapists were lovely (Leah and Ava). The only issue was the noise level. Our previous spa experiences have always been peaceful but this was not the case here. Outside the treatment rooms is a seated area and I think a fitness class had just finished. The noise level unfortunately, completely ruined the ambience. When we fed this back we were informed the coffee machine had been moved and this may have contributed to the noise. Other than that we had a nice enough morning.
Therapist was excellent but sSwimming are and showers need an upgrade.ed

I enjoy this experience . It is nearby so can spend just half a day here if want rather than travel for half a day first . Therapist was really good .
Absolutely miles off the type of experience i would have expected

Firstly, called out about using phone in spa area. Although many others using phone. Not done in a particularly nice manner, more like a school teacher. Not great in front of other customers but appreciate phones not supposed to be used.
Only very small sized robes available. Making you feel uncomfortable and bad about yourself from the minute you walk in.
The treatment was the worst experience i have ever had in a spa;
- Masseuse admitted they were not fully qualified
- Tried to convince me to get facial only as they didnt like doing back massages
- After i said i wanted a half/half facial/back, they barely touched my back anyway
- Lay down on the towel and it was soaking wet from the last person. So not even bothered to change for my treatment. This was then swapped as i complained but left me feeling the whole place was unclean.
- Masseuse talked constantly making it hard to relax
- Swore and yawned on several occasions
- When the facial mask was applied, i could tell that they were on there phone. Which made me feel uncomfortable as i was in a vulnerable position and no idea what was being done on the phone.
- Came out and tried to go in for lunch. Was left standing being ignored. Then told no space...no takeaway available either. Just a perfectly terrible ending to match the rest of the experience.
Contacted the hotel to raise complaint after i left but 3 days later i have had no call back

Right from the start Robyn was fabulous. From sorting out our booking over the phone and to keeping us right when we got there. My first masseuse was Beth who gave me a great back and neck ‘firm’ massage which I asked for and my wonderful facial was done by the multi-talented Robyn. Great value for money. Will definitely be back.

The whole experience was lovely and just what I needed.
Only thing they’d need to change is upgrade the music systems in the treatment rooms. Ours didn’t work so there was no relaxing music which does add to the experience.

The treatments I had were lovely, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Facilities were good and lunch in the restaurant was really nice.

Nice relaxing atmosphere . Was made to feel very welcome
