We arrived early with my granddaughter and barperson made a mocktail and 2 cocktails while waiting-they were very good . Afternoon tea was fresh and tasty , plenty of it . Surroundings were lovely and staff were very courteous and attentive

My wife and I had the afternoon tea. Normal tea for my wife and the gentleman’s tea for me. Service was first class very attentive staff without being too much. Food was first class as well, especially the gentleman’s tea. Plenty savoury items with beer to follow. Very reasonable if you use the itison voucher.

Had the gentleman's tea here at Brehemia. It was delicious and plenty of it with as much tea and coffee as possible, this also included 3 beer flights each. Left absolutely stuffed. Couldn't finish it all and if you want, staff can provide a takeaway box with any leftovers to take home.

The vouchers were birthday treats for friends. It was lovely to get dressed up and have a girly afternoon (albeit all over 65!). The food was lovely and plentiful. We took home a doggy bag for our sweet toothed husbands.🍰🍰
A special mention to the young waitress who was friendly, polite and very helpful esp after I dropped a glass bottle of perfume in toilets!! Huge thanks to her🤗
Good company but overworked staff

Went for afternoon tea. Sandwich fillings were a bit random. Restaurant was extremely busy. Had to end up clearing our own table onto a recently vacated table next to us. Service charge automatically added on to bill didn’t reflect the service we had received. Staff were friendly enough just overworked for the amount of customers they needed to serve.

We had a lovely afternoon tea food was tasty and fresh with lots of pots of tea. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly.
It is a bit noisy and loud, but we did know that before going so it didn't spoil our time there, but I would ask if they could maybe turn the music down a tiny bit during the day.
