Good company but overworked staff

Went for afternoon tea. Sandwich fillings were a bit random. Restaurant was extremely busy. Had to end up clearing our own table onto a recently vacated table next to us. Service charge automatically added on to bill didn’t reflect the service we had received. Staff were friendly enough just overworked for the amount of customers they needed to serve.

We had a lovely afternoon tea food was tasty and fresh with lots of pots of tea. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly.
It is a bit noisy and loud, but we did know that before going so it didn't spoil our time there, but I would ask if they could maybe turn the music down a tiny bit during the day.

Enjoyable afternoon tea plenty food the only criticism I have is that the bread on the sandwiches was dry which was disappointing as I have been to brewhemia many times and this is my first experience of this.
