This is the 2nd time we have been there and is excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. We have a dog and it would be good if there was an area in the restaurant that you can sit and have your meal instead of having to carry your food out of the restaurant.

Great Hotel with excellent staff.
The leisure facilities are very good.
The Hotel location is brilliant for exploring the Cairngorms and Highlands.
Lovely walk from Hotel to Aviemore village.
So many outdoor activities to enjoy nearby.
Only constructive feedback is to allow guests into their room before 3pm if the Room is available.
Consider extending the opening times of the leisure facilities.

Our 2nd visit using these vouchers. Great location for local walks. Very dog friendly, she was welcome in both bars. Though she can't go into restaurant, its easy to take breakfast out to eat in foyer bar. Food was disappointing though. Breakfast buffet cooked items were not as hot as I would like, and still overcooked. Limited menu in both wood shed and foyer bar so headed the 1.5 mile walk into aviemore for other nights. Very limited opening for leisure centre, but clean.

Hotel was nicely decorated, staff friendly. However they are clearly cutting back. Received about 4 emails within 24 hours to check in online but when you arrive still have to q to check in. They make you wait until 3pm and took considerable time to check you in. I was 4th in line and took me 35mins. There was still a q at 5pm when we passed back through. Really not needed. Also no maid service in rooms unless you are staying more than 5 nights. First time I have ever experienced this in a hotel. Shower also didn't work well. Has potential to be a lot better. Did enjoy our stay overall though.

Have stayed here several times using an itison voucher. Excellent value for a decent room and breakfast.
