It was more than we could have hoped for - and how about the view from our room ? Can there be anywhere in the world on a sunny day that could match this. The staff and service were excellent from Arya at reception Rema in the restaurant and every single one of the others were outstanding. My wife booked for the Spa and wasn’t disappointed! The unfortunate thing was we had to leave!

This hotel was more than I expected. We had a beautiful room with sea view. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.The food and service was excellent. Mull is a very scenic island and I have to say the sun never stopped shining. I would definitely recommend it.

I got a bath which I valued for after climbing a mountains for cold water therapy which I valued. The staff were great.

The staff were great: friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Rooms were clean and reasonable size. However, the spa was a disappointment. The hot tub was out of order, {looking at other reviews it has been for some time) there are two foot spas, only one was working. The temperature of the water in the swimming pool was very cold. There is a small sauna and steam room but unless you want a treatment there is nothing else. The food was average. We ordered fish and chips but the batter on the fish was very greasy. Does not come up to the standard of their other spa on Loch Fyne.
