It could not have been better. The whole process from booking to sailing to eating was superb and easy. The staff were friendly. The wee commentary on board informative and interesting. A genuinely relaxing experience, escaping from everyday life for a while. Back feeling refreshed. The pizza was topnotch also. Service friendly and helpful.
It was a lovely day and the cruise was great

I enjoyed my day and thought the itison deal was great but I still had to pay for parking, which I thought was included in my ticket. The captain of the cruise boat was really nice and they let me off at the bottom of the Loch to let my 2 dogs have a wee. The boat was very busy and I thought that this was good to see so many tourists visiting g our great country.
Excellent value trip

Lovely relaxing cruise on Walter Scott. Felt more information/ clearer audio commentary would have enhanced experience.
Stunning scenery

Loved everything. Only thing to improve would be wider choice of food at the cafe other than just the pizza or fish.
Nice Leisurely Scenic Cruise

Relaxing cruise with a good choice of snacks and drinks from the onboard bar/cafe.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Also commentary was very informative.
The lunch wasn't as good as expected. The chips were overcooked as was the fish. The pizza was tasty but could have been warmer.
Very enjoyable experience and informative staff

Lovely day out with family. Booking by phone and check-in on the day both easy. The whole team very friendly both on shore and on boat. Could not make out all the commentary on board but made out enough (grateful for the blankets supplied to keep us cosy!)
Afternoon tea wasn't well explained in the cafe (for anyone going find a table, note your number then go to the counter - where a very hassled person will glower at you as if you should already know how this works). I was also a bit caught off guard that afternoon tea only includes one cup of hot drink (which you get the above mention counter) a long time before food arrived - when I asked for a refill was “politely” told you've already had it (no great hassle bought more – but was unexpected).
Afternoon tea was okay. Noticed the pizza’s and burgers coming out the kitchen (which looked delicious).
Typical Scottish Summers day out with all 4 seasons added to the fun.
Well organised, tranquil with excellent commentary on board the Sir Walter Scott Steamship
