Took 45 minutes to receive a very burnt burger which meant it was too late to send back as we’d another activity booked.
Tried to get service and was ignored 3 times by the server.
Went to the bar to order the drink and raised the issue with long wait for food, burnt burger and lack of service only to get zero acknowledgment or response.
We were then only served by the bar person and the server spent our remaining stay shooting dirty looks at me, which was so obvious my 11 year old asked why she was giving us the ‘stink eye’. She should be ashamed of herself.
What a terrible experience for my child.
We’ve been a few times before and were always happy with the food and service but won’t be back again.

Made welcome as we set foot in the building and walked to our table.
The Itison voucher worked flawlessly and at a great deal.
The burgers were probably the best I've had and the beer was exceptional.
The staff were very friendly and attentive.
Wish i knew of this place when going to the Usher Hall past.
Will definitely be back.

The place was pretty empty when we visited on a Saturday lunchtime. The waitress was a bit confused with our itison voucher. But soon worked it out. My burger was fine but my wife's chicken burger was a bit strange, it even had the skin on part of the chicken. Which you definitely should not have. The staff were attentive and very pleasant

This is about my 4-5th time going for burgers, beer n fries at Brewdog
The staff, as always, were great even accommodating my request for extra chillis on my burger.
Would I recommend absolutely

As always great burgers, service and beer. Staff knew exactly what voucher we were on which meant zero confusion.
Think this is the 4th time I’ve had one of these vouchers and will be back again for sure.

I love Brewdog, and very much enjoy lunch there. I've been to the Lothian Road bar many times and always enjoy it. The staff are friendly and hard-working, and the food/drink is always spot-on.
