Booked for 1pm for afternoon tea. Got served tea . Then no food for 50 minutes tea was cold. Very poor service. When food arrived it was nice but too long to wait

It was our first visit to Saints of Ingram and we enjoyed it. It was very quiet in the middle of a Sunday afternoon in March, but inside it was warm and comfortable, plus the Afternoon Tea was tasty and enjoyable, and the staff were lovely.

We had a voucher for afternoon tea. From arrival (we were a little early) the staff were very accommodating and service was with a smile.
The food was delicious and presented well.
We will definitely be back!

This was an anniversary treat I got for me and my partner,have to say I was extremely embarrassed by the whole experience.
This was booked weeks in advance,we arrived at 3pm,seating and after 30 minutes I had to ask where our food was,finally arrived 10 minutes after that,weren’t told what was on the sandwiches,which were stale,wasn’t offered any tea?waitress said because I bought the afternoon tea with prosecco?which I paid more for on the voucher.never heard of afternoon tea without the TEA!!
Put the rest of the sweet treats in a box and took home to my dog.
Toilets were also disgusting
I never write a bad review but this was awful,I just had to…don’t waste your money ppl.

everything was perfect ... From the
freshly made sandwiches to the cakes
all were seriously delicious.. Even our coffee
which we had two cups each was of the best quality .. In truth it was the best afternoon tea I've had to date !!!! Thank you ...

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We were there for afternoon tea and we couldn’t eat all of it but given a box to take cakes away with us. The waiter was such a well mannered man who was very attentive and someone who is very good at his job and seems to take a pride in it.

Afternoon tea was alright - liked the sandwiches had a lot of filling. Scones a bit dry and big. Cakes rather sweet not much variety. The venue itself was lovely, it was a hot day and choice of iced teas were available which was a bonus. Not sure if refills allowed , we were not offered more tea/ coffee.

From point of booking the staff were super helpful and the quality of the sandwiches and cakes matched the high level of service. Would definitely come back.
