Great Food but not much atmosphere

Cubatas Tapas is situated on a quiet street not far from the Mitchell Library. It is quite unassuming from the outside and you could easily walk past if you didn't know it was there. Typical Spanish decor inside. We order 5 Tapas it was all exquisite there was nothing we did not enjoy! There was just no atmosphere we were 1 of 2 tables with guests it felt incredibly quiet for 7pm on a Thursday. The Itison Deal was excellent value for the quality & taste of food. The waitress told me weekend is busiest however you would want to know that for sure as its a bit of walk from central station
Staff very friendly and the food was lovely

Lovely little restaurant fantastic value for money ! Me and partner enjoyed the Spanish tapas , enough food to share between us 5 plates . Would definitely recommend. We also had desert which was extra but reasonable pricing !

Food and service were good, a bit out of the way location, pretty basic interior.

Cubatas provided a great tapas feast. The meal was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the goat's cheese salad, the chorizo stmew and the chilli prawns. The staff were most welcoming and helpful.
