This was supposed to be a celebration !
Booked online as they don’t take phone booking s
I wrote in my booking that this was a ITISON voucher.
We even got sat at our reservation table to , made our orders then sat for twenty minutes to be told we could not use the voucher as it was a Saturday.
I showed the manager the small print that said Jan to March only two Saturdays were not available to book ! He would not listen to reason! Told to leave absolutely ruined our Anniversary!
He did not care !
