Our evening lacked some elements -
the dining area was a bit cool
Background music was very heavy on what seemed to us like heavy bass and not much gentle smooth dining music.
There were only 3 choices for main course.
The food was good quality but the ambience wasn't G RW at.

From initial friendly smile at reception all service came with a genuine smile. Although it was a restricted menu, my friend and I both enjoyed our choices. Portions were of a good size and the food itself was warm - very necessary on such a cold night outside! This obviously contributed to the room not feeling too comfortable but it is such a beautiful, iconic, restored old bank that we can forgive them for the chill in the air.

From the time we arrived treated very well by staff made you feel important the service was very good during the meal food was fantastic can't really add to that very happy

What a delightful experience! We had a wonderful dinner in this superb setting. All of our food choices were delicious, as was the accompanying wine. All staff we encountered were extremely pleasant, but we would like to give a special thank you to Orlando. He spoke with such enthusiasm about the history of the building, was very welcoming and efficient. He was also informative about the sourcing of key ingredients from Italy. We shall certainly return and would encourage Itison to repeat this excellent offer when possible.

Atmosphere, staff, food & drink all 100% our waiter was amazing.
