Beautiful location by the river, just 10-12 minutes from the centre of the old York City.
Reception stafff welcoming and highly professional. The room was amazing, with its fully equipped kitchen, the luxery bathroom and very comfortable bed. The 24hr availability of coffee in reception and the tasty crossiants for breakfast all add to a most enjoyable 3 days stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Free tea. coffee, hot chocolate throughout the stay. Croissant each morning.

It was better than expected. The room had everything required including kitchenette and fridge. The powershower was amazing. Lovely view over the river and approx 12 min walk into York town centre.

We had a great stay. Accommodation was lovely with an idyllic setting. Our view was of the river and was so quiet yet only a short walk into centre of York. Croissants each morning were delicious and the studio had everything you needed. Was incredibly good value for money. No hesitation in recommending.
