Having used a couple of voucher deals lately and found the previous hotels were tiered and a bit run down, we didn’t have high expectation,. but wow! The hotel is modern well equipped and well located for a short walk into York. The reception staff were welcoming and well informed. The coffee and croissants in the morning were an added bonus, would definitely use again.

Bought this deal from Itison and couldn’t have been more pleased. The hotel was a short 15-20 min walk from the city centre. The room had a beautiful view over the river and in a quiet location. The staff were nice, the room was much better than expected, and facilities were great. Excellent value for money. I will be returning and would highly recommend.

Highly recommended for a city break in York if you don't want the bustle of the centre, yet only a 10 minute walk away. The smart studio was spacious with everything you would need to self cater, and a large walk-in shower with instant hot water. A very comfortable bed and a table for 2 in the window with a river view to watch the world go by.

We had a great stay at Roomzzz. Our room was terrific, very generous size with great aircon, we love the room cold at night. Great kitchen area with all you need for daily living. Don't book it expecting a bar or any alcohol for sale, there is none. Location is great for walking all round the city centre with most tourist areas reached withing a leisurely 30min walk. We were lucky to nab a parking space in the car park (at a cost of £15 per day) , that would be my only concern about returning. It was mid term break so hotel was full.

This was our 2nd time at Roomzzz York. The rooms are great! Comfy bed, lovely rain fall shower, mini kitchen with microwave, fridge, etc. Staff were friendly & lovely view of the River Ouse. Coffee & croissant in the morning a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at roomzzz in York, despite the flooding it was safely away from the river, parking was limited but the hotel was very accommodating and helpful with this.
Far enough out of the city to get a good nights, quiet sleep and close enough to walk in

Fabulous hotel. Clean, modern and well equipped. Was only 20 minutes walk along the river to the city centre and attractions. The hot drink and croissants set you up for the morning and all the staff were very friendly. We loved our visit and can’t wait to go back. Good job Roomzzz!

Was lovely spending a couple of nights in roomz,no issue at all ,room was big enough and had everything you would need !!
