Well situated for the train station, Grey St and Quayside.
Lovely staff, friendly and helpful.
We were given an apartment in the old building, split level with bedroom and bathroom downstairs, it was dark, dingy and the bedroom had a glass door onto the street - a fire escape door- and a small window we couldn't reach. We asked for an alternative apartment and were given one on the top floor. It was brighter and had windows we could open. No AC, I assume the building is listed. Due to the weather, the room was roasting hot and the fan supplied was ineffective. I suspect the apartment would be freezing in the Summer.
Pillows were awful, flat and hard.
Carpet in the bedroom was the worst kind of shagpile and was badly fitted, a piece patched in was loose and unsightly.
I would think about returning but only if we were in the new building.

Very comfortable & pleasant stay. Great location and only a short walk to the bars, restaurants & shops. Staff were very helpful & very friendly.

Very surprised how big the room was. The room had a very large bed and a nice very modern well equipped kitchen area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Plenty of seating including a small table and chairs. Already booked another 3 day visit. It has a great central location.
