Good size room and facilities. Nice and quiet. Paint work on walls need a new lick of paint. Had been to the one in York in May and that one was fabulous. Bigger room and better view of the Ouse with boats going up and down. But overall had a great break in Newcastle. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was really nice, we weren’t sure what to expect but it was set up really well, was spacious & very comfortable. A couple of chairs could maybe have done with a deep clean to bring them back to their best, but overall we were very happy.

Fabulous stay in this very centrally located hotel. Rooms were very comfy and loads of space. Excellent service at reception and hotel was well maintained. One small downside was the lack of changing of the towels and the cleaning of the room.
