It was incredible. Will definitely be booking to go back again. The experience was luxurious and relaxing. I have never been to a spa that was this good! The staff were so friendly and kind. Everything was just fabulous about it!

The spa delivered even more than I expected!. The setting itself is beautiful and finished to a high standard. The staff were all so nice, the treatments great and the facilities amazing! I will definitely be back.

On the whole was good communication could be better surprised to be offered alcohol on arrival, shocked that alcohol was allowed in the spa water areas when the signs on the walls clearly prohibit it. No robes in the unsigned wardrobe area, no direction to advise a timed event of the steam foam this was dissappointing, lunch was nice and healthy options.

Lovely experience at Kohler Waters Spa. The facilities are very luxurious and I felt so relaxed in the thermal suite. The new foam steam room experience was also amazing! I also had a very tasty lunch, and my back massage was very therapeutic. All in all a very relaxing day,
Great spa - cafe lunch disappointing

Spa has had a refurb to changing rooms which is nice but the lunch was disappointing. We visited the spa using an itison voucher in 2023 and the lunch that the cafe served then was delicious - that’s why we booked to go again. The lunch this time was tasteless and dull. They appear to have gone down the healthy eating route which is great but you can still have healthy food that is exciting and tastes nice. Menu full of what was mostly vegetarian options. We paid an additional £7 each for soups and the mushroom soup was brown water with chopped mushrooms floating in it. I asked the waitress what she would recommend and she said the grilled chicken sandwich was delicious but it was the opposite - dry, tasteless and bland. When asked how our food was, I informed the waitress and her reply was “I’ll let the chef know”. I was expecting to be asked if I would like something else but nope. My husband had the smoked salmon which looked great but texture of salmon was slimy.
We actually went and got another bite to eat somewhere else after we left as we were dissatisfied with what was on offer and what we had ordered. Wouldn’t recommend the cafe to others and I think the menu needs to be improved. Spa was great though so would recommend a visit to there.
