A good experience with good food and excellent service. They could have provided a menu at the table to remind us what was offer for the tasting menu. They could switch the non-alcoholic Prosecco they offer to something less sweet. There was a granita which had a bit too much salt and oregano in it for my particular taste but overall everything was very tasty. The music was very cheesy but I didn’t hate it!!!

We know that it has not long opened but the tasting menu was very good. We were the only ones dining at that time but it did not matter, the surroundings were very nice and comfortable. Very well presented food and we picked a bottle of wine which was exceptional. Our waiter was very young and quite new to the job but that didn't matter as he was very polite, helpful and mannerly with a good personality, all qualities which are very important. We would definitely return and would probably stay at the hotel.

We enjoyed a delicious three course lunch at 1825 in Stirling. It was a lovely touch to start the meal with an amuse bouche. Each of the subsequent courses were beautifully presented, tasty and plentiful. I would recommend Sunday lunch at 1825 in Stirling especially using an itison experience voucher.

We had a most delicious Sunday lunch with beatifully cooked roast beef attractively served and with best creamed potatoes we have eaten in a long time. The starter was plentiful and the desserts lovely too. As an added bonus canapes were unexpected as was the champagne.
