Over all our experience was good. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Our room was nice We ate one evening in the ( restaurant) I had fish and chips, the fish was good well, but far far too many thick cut chips. The breakfasts hot food - good selection
Uncooked section was lacking

I had a problem at check in as the hotel had booked me using the wrong name. The staff were excellent and eventually found the booking. The hotel was in an excellent position near grand central station. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable.
