The design of the room isn’t as good as new Premier Inns which have more space. The table arrangement for the tea/coffee took up a lot of room as did the wardrobe. It would have been good to have two rather than one chair. Very little space in terms of shelving in the bathroom and only one towel hook which was behind the door and a bar storage above bath. Very cramped bathroom. Don’t’ t know why we were allocated a three bed room.

Very friendly staff, managed to check in at 10.30am instead of 3pm and got a room upgrade! Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Very central location, I would highly recommend!

It was a good central location. Room fine, bathroom a bit tired. Breakfast satisfactory. Itison deal with a nice welcome drink was a good touch

The Leonardo Hotel is great value for money and ideally situated for the city’s transport links.
A fantastic buffet breakfast in the morning and a great menu available for evening meals.
We stayed there last year, again this year and definitely would stay there again next year for a fantastic city-break.

From check in to check out the staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel was seasonally decorated, clean rooms with plenty space and complimentary toiletries. Situated within a few minutes walk to the city centre and all bus stops.

Really enjoyed our three days at the Leonardo Hotel in Belfast, very central and just a 5 minute walk from the bus station. We have no complaints about the hotel, reception staff were very nice and our room was ready when we checked in about 10.30 in the morning allowing us to start our trip.
