Everything was first class, from the divine food, the perfect service and the wine recommendations were all amazing! Staff were all so professional with a bit of humour so it did not feel all stuffy and formal!!
Well deserving of its Michelin Star.

Absolutely no complaints from either my guest or myself. From the friendly welcome by the receptionist to the slick service from the front of house staff we thoroughly enjoyed the occasion. The food was really delicious and it is such a treat to have the little “extras” - canapés, amuse bouche and a palate cleanser before dessert! We had a visit to our table from charming Tom Kitchin himself. From our table he could clearly be seen working on food prep and the all important very attractive presentation so it says a lot that he takes time to circulate round his patrons too. It made the occasion even more special.

Yes, my husband & I enjoyed being at The Kitchin very much. And it was an extra treat to actually see Tom Kitchin working in the kitchen and he actually came out to say a personal hello to us all in the restaurant .

There was nothing that could have been improved upon. Our lunchtime visit was perfect. The food was exceptional, staff friendly and very knowledgeable, great to see the chefs working away in the kitchen from seating area and best of all...met Tom Kitchen himself. Extensive wine list with a great sommelier helping us choose the perfect one for us.
Gorgeous lunch with a great friend

A friend and I had lunch at The Kitchin using an Itison voucher. It is the most amazing value for money - a 3 course lunch from a fixed menu with a cocktail or glass of champagne included for around £130. After two separate amuse bouche of tempura shiso leaf with whipped goats cheese and micro herbs/flowers, and a pea and herb veloute, we both chose the vegetables to start, which came with a delicious langoustine ranch dressing. I then had the venison with smoked beetroot and my friend had the duck dish. Both were absolutely delicious. We shared the desserts - a coffee mousse with buttermilk ice cream, and the nicest, highest soufflé (apple crumble) either of us had ever eaten. We headed back to the bar for another drink, and had the best cocktail I’ve ever had - a gin based cocktail called “Currant Blossom”. If this deal comes up on Itison again, I would buy it over and over again. The Kitchin is an extraordinary restaurant, and the chance to go more often by having this more affordable option from time to time is amazing.
