Everything about the experience was excellent. Lovely food and very attentive service. Would highly recommend. The venue itself was very well situated near the bus station, St James’ Centre and tram line. Has been recently refurbished and looked good.

My friend and I had a lovely afternoon at the New Town Hotel. Our waitress couldn’t have been more helpful and checked back on us at regular intervals to make sure we had everything we needed. The amount of food is amazing and we couldn’t eat it all. We were given doggie bags to take the excess home with us. We will definitely be back.

Man at the reception was very polite.
No disability WC so perhaps not for disabled people who want a drink or afternoon teas BUT they have disability rooms, I think.
