We were very impressed overall, and particularly appreciated being given a spacious room with a lovely view of the woods. Everything was clean and functional.
Spa facilities were a welcome bonus and not at all crowded even though the hotel was at capacity.
Absolute best asset to this hotel were the staff, who were unfailingly friendly, helpful, competent and professional.
It would be lovely to see some more vegetarian options on the menus and perhaps give some restoration love to the poor dinosaurs who at one time were clearly a great idea but now look and sound like they're headed for a second extinction.

The hotel is older but we couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the hotel at all. Staff were friendly & helpful. Pool facilities were good. It’s a great base too for exploring the local area.

Enjoyed our visit. however was disappointed with our visit to the woodshed.
There seemed to be only one person on duty, and the place was fairly full.
There was no sign of anyone at the bar initially, then the barman appeared carrying empty glasses.he was in no hurry to see to us.
We ate in the hotel that night and the food was really good.

This was a lovely resort hotel situated just outside Aviemore with woodlands surrounding it. Easy parking and lots of of activities to choose from . It's a large hotel so there was a bit of a walk from the reception to the room as we were staying in the annexe. Only criticism was that a bit of a queue gathered to get into the breakfast room on our second day because you had to give your room number - which is fair enough - but then the queue had to wait until you were shown to a table. Would have been quicker if after giving your room number you could find your own table !

Room big in main building big, a bit dated but ok and clean.
Breakfast ok. Checked in late about 8.00pm no problem, reception very helpful.
Singer in reception Thursday night was good.
Reception area, dining room and public toilets clean and modern.

It's a family, and dog friendly, busy hotel! The staff are professional and friendly, and aim to please the customers.
It's been there a very long time, ( and we have been going there for years! ), and getting revamped bit by bit. Good, lively atmosphere, though lounge/bar area can get noisy , especially with kids in the school holidays!
Overall, great value for money. It's a buffet breakfast, and buffet dinner in the evening. The food has always been very good, plenty of choice, and well set out and displayed!
The scenery and surrounding area are stunning, and the hotel grounds are lovely too
Fine for an overnight stay

Room was fine for an overnight stay. A bit dated but was only a room for the night. Shower didn’t work in the morning, so had to have a bath. Told worker at check out, who said we should have called down and they would have gotten maintenance to look at it. Didn’t notice the issue until morning when we went to take a shower, and it was around check out time anyway! By then it was too late as we had a busy day planned. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to rave about.

2 night stay was very pleasant. Coylumbridge hotel has seen better days but value for money, especially in the summer, is great.
Dog friendly and easy to get breakfast and have it outside the restaurant. Rooms are fine, especially the ones that have be renovated.
Hotel is busy and the staff do their best to keep everything going at check-in and breakfast.
