Great Hotel with excellent staff.
The leisure facilities are very good.
The Hotel location is brilliant for exploring the Cairngorms and Highlands.
Lovely walk from Hotel to Aviemore village.
So many outdoor activities to enjoy nearby.
Only constructive feedback is to allow guests into their room before 3pm if the Room is available.
Consider extending the opening times of the leisure facilities.

Our 2nd visit using these vouchers. Great location for local walks. Very dog friendly, she was welcome in both bars. Though she can't go into restaurant, its easy to take breakfast out to eat in foyer bar. Food was disappointing though. Breakfast buffet cooked items were not as hot as I would like, and still overcooked. Limited menu in both wood shed and foyer bar so headed the 1.5 mile walk into aviemore for other nights. Very limited opening for leisure centre, but clean.

Hotel was nicely decorated, staff friendly. However they are clearly cutting back. Received about 4 emails within 24 hours to check in online but when you arrive still have to q to check in. They make you wait until 3pm and took considerable time to check you in. I was 4th in line and took me 35mins. There was still a q at 5pm when we passed back through. Really not needed. Also no maid service in rooms unless you are staying more than 5 nights. First time I have ever experienced this in a hotel. Shower also didn't work well. Has potential to be a lot better. Did enjoy our stay overall though.

Had a really good stay here in February. 2 adults 2 kids, the hotel is perfect for kids. My kids (6&3) loved the swimming pool and the soft play. The arcade games kept them entertained aswell. Check in was on a Thursday and we barely queued to check in. I did check in online a few days before and it said to collect the key on the day, but we still had to fully check in on the day so don’t know what the point of the online check in was. But this stay was great breakfast buffet was brilliant the food was lovely and a great selection. Food from the bar was lovely too, the burgers were huge and really fresh.

Hotel very dated and tired looking, you can hear everything from outside your room and from other rooms, some staff were fine but some were really rude and borderline aggressive in some instances, we asked for bed clothes to be changed because our child spilled something but we're told that they don't service rooms unless you're checking out, so they agreed to give us the linen so we could change the bed ourselves, breakfast was also very poor. There was plenty of it, just very poor quality
