Great area in bar/ restaurant/ outside area.
The weather was great so sat outside in the evening and relaxed with a drink.
Very attentive and friendly staff in all areas.
Bedroom was perfect for our stay .

Very disappointed with the hotel. Emailed my concerns but haven't had a reply.
I arrived at the hotel, told there was only half 8 for dinner, I was to book in advance - wasn't told this when booking.
Got to my room which I paid for an upgrade - didn't see what I actually paid an extra £50 for the room was a basic room.
It was also the last room in the corridor - beside the Riverside Suite. Don't get why it was so far away - I am 8 months pregnant so that wasn't ideal.
The shower door wasn't on the bottom rails so when you moved it the thing nearly comes off.
Went to go to bed and seen blood on the pillow that was old and wasn't mine - which is disgusting - I have added a photo.
If it wasn't so late and I wasn't shattered I would have left the hotel.

Food and staff were amazing. Beds uncomfortable. Blood or lipstick on supposedly clean towel. Shower difficult to use. Room large and comfortable apart from bed..

Nice hotel, good food. Location isn't great. A walk around the harbour area and beach is nice on a dry day.
