Unfortunately this trip to Haute Dolci was disappointing. We eat there regularly but if this was our first time, we would not have returned! The service was very slow and there were problems with both our main course and dessert. We did not enjoy this experience. If you are unable to serve customers, do not let them into the restaurant until you can cope. At one point we had to wait for menus as they were all being used!! This is not the quality restaurant that it once was. Please improve Haute Dolci or you will lose regular customers!

We had a lovely halal brunch at Haute Dolci. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful, and the atmosphere was really nice and relaxing. Staff were friendly and service was good throughout.
The only thing we would suggest is including teas and coffees within the brunch voucher, as this would make the experience even better and feel more complete. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely return.

We were very disappointed with the food we ordered & lack of explanation as to why. I could understand the chicken ceasar salad coming without dressing as we were told that but the grilled chicken being replaced by chicken nuggets was a totally surprising & the lack of explanation even more so. It wasn’t as advertised nor was the sweet potato and feta salad my friend ordered

We started with Waffles with smoked salmon, which were really nice, had a cheese toastie which was really good, then had cheesecake and a chocolate dessert both were very good, service was great, place was really clean, it was excellent value for money and food looked exactly like pictures, and tasted great

The food was really nice. They asked how we liked our eggs and they gave extra hollandaise when asked. It is expensive though for what you are getting. The drinks are overpriced. It is nice and you wont be disappointed in the food but, even with the deal, its pricey. I think its the experience you are paying for along with the food.

Visiting for MIL birthday and we all had a lovely brunch, followed by amazing desserts and coffee. Very relaxing setting and no rush to leave as it wasn’t too busy.?
Staff sang happy birthday and had a candle in the dessert for her birthday. Lovely day and would highly recommend the waffles.
