The restaurant is very welcoming and the staff were lovely but the food disappointing. I had soup to start and it was just like coloured water, no vegetables, I could have drank it through a straw, I left most of it. The arborio rice in the risotto was hard and despite it being a mushroom based meal I struggled to find mushrooms.
Excellent, top quality food, don’t think you’ll find a better Italian restaurant anywhere

Food was lovely as were the staff.
It was very busy as disney on ice was on in the ovo & there were lots of families with kids which was lovely to see. Joia catered to the kids by playing disney songs which I thought was a nice touch!

This was my first visit to Joia and I was really impressed. The restaurant had a lively buzz, staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious.

Good service and meals well presented although wrong starter brought out, quickly rectified mains brought out ,1 really good 2nd not so good, when informed,the staff were very good about it..

Food was delicious - bruschetta sourdough was so tasty and just the right texture, our pasta dish was full of ragu and the tiramisu was one of the best we ever had!
The owner was thoughtful enough to set us up in a quiet and warm corner.
It was our second time here and won't be the last!
