My friend and I had a really enjoyable stay at the Morar Hotel. The views were amazing, the rooms were warm and comfortable. We had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. We ate at the restaurant every night because the food was so good, the staff were so friendly and warm. Special thanks to Tuan and Akram for their warmth and wonderful service. I fully intend to stay again in the future.
Fantastic location, great staff.

Was not impressed with this hotel. The guy on desk on arrival was not very hospitapal, the one on desk at night was lovely. Our room was fine and lovely view over the water only downside was the window opened right out which I think is a danger and against health and safety. Breakfast was average and it was the same guy on when we arrived. Won’t be back.

I love the quiet west coast and you cant get any quieter than here. Hardly any souls about, the hotel is a fantastic location with amazing views.
Lovely bedrooms and fantastic food.
Highly recommend!

No complaints what so ever regarding the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was tasty but catered more for the "full Scottish" breakfast type (in fact me!). Boxed cereals were available but no porridge was available especially in Scotland! There were two four slice toasters available but only a couple of slots actually worked and were very slow. The hotel should get these replaced asap.
The main evening meal menu although was quite limited, it had enough of meals to satisfy most people. In fact I would I would recommend the beef burgers - they were the tastiest beef burgers I had eaten in many a year. The Cullen Skink however was a bit "thin" although it was relatively tasty.
I would like to single out some members of the staff. In the restaurant, Tuan was very warm and friendly and went out of his way to be of assistance. My wife requested scrambled eggs (not the fried eggs that was the only choice of eggs available in the breakfast buffet. He went out of his way to have a chat with the chef to get him to make scrambled eggs for her.
In addition Trenton was on duty at reception - he was warm and friendly. He also helped in the restaurant at peak times.
Comfortable, clean, great scenery and good food

More food options such as snack rather than meal as in toasties or baked potato.

Had a lovely time, meals were very quickly prepared and were delicious. It was snowing during our stay and it was lovely to see how much the hotel staff enjoyed this as they had not seen snow before.
It would have been lovely to have seen the open fire lit but perhaps there was a reason that it wasn’t.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Morar Hotel. The food was excellent and plenty of it. The breakfast was plentiful and the evening meals were amazing. We had booked two rooms, one was nice but the other was not up to a good standard. It felt like we were in the attic and although it was warm enough the room itself was very tired. We were told that all the rooms were full but we didn't see very many other people in the hotel.
