My error I didn’t read the £30 supplement for Saturday night
Which was not worth the extra
As our room was not cleaned
Towels were replaced used cup ,rubbish etc was not removed
Bed was not made

We arrived at the hotel only to find they did not have our booking, the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful and decided it was their fault not ours and proceeded to find us a room. Hotel room was clean, we had tea and coffee facilities and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice whether you wanted cooked or just cereal fruit and toast. I would definitely come back especially as Ross the Bakers were opposite the hotel and they had wonderful butteries and cakes!!

Spotlessly clean comfortable room. No noise from outside or other visitors.
Lovely helpful staff.
Breakfast was varied and piping hot. Was great to have proper Scottish morning rolls.
