Such a wonderful experience for my 8 year old grandson. The instructor was fantastic and put him at ease . He enjoyed every minute of it and wants to go back .

It is very well organised and safe. The instructor goes round with each group. Once a circuit has been done, it can be repeated before doing the drop. The drop can be done 3 or 4 times depending on the time.
Great but disappointed that we didn't get the full hour

You should get the amount of time you've paid for. The instructor finished 10 minutes early.

Poor experience with the climbing as other customers held the whole group back. I contacted climbzone to complain and no compensation was offered in any way, just said they would take my feedback for future reference.
