Pre stay problem with charges for a dog. It was resolved as per Itison small print. Had the charges been advertised as per Skipton Hotel charges, we would not have considered staying there.
On last day of visit I received an on line request for a review, before we hsd finished our stay. On arrival back at room after a day out the door was unlocked ie open. Our door key would not open the door and had to be changed by Reception. This was highlihjted to Reception upon departure.
