We did enjoy our stay but breakfast could be improved by having hash browns as was previously on the menu instead of roast potatoes. The juices tasted as tho they were watered down and the selection of fresh fruit was poor. Everything else served was good.

A warm welcome on arrival, offered to store bags until check-in. Offered early check-in at a cost which we declined. Spacious clean room with fantastic view of the city. Breakfast was very good, super helpful staff who greeted us warmly as we arrived. Lounge bar area was comfortable and bar offered a good array of refreshments. Will definitely use again

We’ve stayed in the Hotel a couple of times because it’s nice & central and easy access to bus station. The staff are friendly and the food was good. Beds are so comfy. Will be back.

I have stayed here 3 times as it is so handy if travelling by train. The hotel is adequate but most of it could do with a refurb.
The bathrooms in all rooms I have stayed in, the breakfast area and the bar area all need freshened up / things replaced.
Every time I stay I have provided feedback about the very average breakfast catering but it never changes.
I think the location rather than quality keeps it busy.

Pillows need to be improved my wife was unable to get comfortable on first night. We asked the staff for different pillows which she efficiently provided. Good nights sleep on second night. I would suggest that both standards of pillow are left in room.
