Good vslue party night with bed and breakfast. Staff on reception were excellent . Room was large ckean and confy with armchairs and tea and coffee naking facilities, Meal at party night was fine and served very warm . DJ had good varirty of music and dance floor s nice dize . Bar staff were excellent bar prices a bit steep but … Let down a bit by breakfast . Have to book a time abd wiuld have expected self serve items to be restocked to natch set times but this was not the case. Food arrived in bit and bobs - tasted fine buu better if not wsiting around for each item .LeNay aldo be better to sdd a self service hot drinks as these have to be ordered, staff busy and need to be called to nake rewuedt, yosdt was actually dlightly warned bread . However bread svaikable at selfcservice snd it was excellent

Our room was lovely and clean and comfy, Food from dinner to breakfast was good .
Only complaint was pricing of drinks eg, bottles of juice and alcoholic drinks were over priced.
We were at Xmas party night tgere was 2 bars open in hall and neither never had a queue .
So if anyone in management in McDonald's are reading this you need to lower prices as that was pur only fault with our night.

The room was OK on 3rd floor could do with a bit updating.
The meal at the Christmas party night was lovely, served with precision, hats off to the venue manager and staff, very well executed.
All bars were over shockingly overpriced, needless to say this had a phenomenal impact on the enjoyment of our experience. Speaking with others, who all felt the same and I am sure the revenue on the bar takings would have reflected this. Whilst we would expect to pay a bit more the prices were akin to daylight robbery and we felt well and truly ripped off.
For this reason I would not be interested in a return visit.
