Food is always superb , Staff know exactly what they are serving you and where it's from.
They have two levels of Wine pairing ...we had the "Regular" which had a couple of nice wines but a couple of pretty average wines too ....I wouldn't go for them again personally.

From the moment we walked in until we left we received the most attentive service. The 3 course tasting menu surpassed all our expectations.
Well done to the chefs for show casing Scottish ingredients at its highest level, we especially loved the skirlie !
Front of house were charming and informative. We have already booked a return visit.
