Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The cheese and wine was superb and it was a great atmosphere in the pub with a live musician on.

The venue and staffing were very good and we enjoyed our visit . I did feel the cheese lacked in presentation ( arranged in a circle on a dinner plate/ no names) and they were quite small pieces especially to half. The chutney was plentiful but very strong. I would have preferred maybe two one more sweet say. As an offer the value was fine but not for full price.

We had a wonderful time at Hibou Blanc. It’s a beautiful venue, staff were delightful and the bottle of wine & cheese platter, excellent. Sunday afternoon, live jazz, an extra bonus.

Without doubt this was a wonderful afternoon.
Service was above excellent - Poppy who looked after us couldn’t do enough despite being busy.
Table was ready - she kept checking we were okay.
We had the cheeseboard and wine voucher and the selection of cheeses were amazing and so delicious. The wine accompaniment was good too - we chose the rose and it was very nice. Would def do this again - great value for money. If they sold a cheeseboard separate we would definitely come back jist for that ! Thank you for a great afternoon and thanks to Poppy for looking after us - can you do this again !

We were treated with such respect when we were there, unusual these days. All of the staff were polite and helpful. The 12 cheeses we sampled were all lovely, and very fresh. The crackers, bread, grapes, chutney, and of course the wine were also good. All in all the Itison deal represented great value for money.

Lovely staff (young lady from Hull), great selection of cheeses/crackers and very tasty tapas dishes. We used an Itison voucher for some of our visit and it was such good value and all in a lovely setting - Thank you 😀

Steak was great but fries were salty. A man serving us wasn’t very happy as couldn’t get my voucher on my phone due to the internet being busy. Eventually a lovely waitress helped us when the internet was back on track. Great deal and the subbed my partner’s prosecco for a non alcoholic beer
