The staff were great but part of my meal was disappointing. I had to return the lasagne as it was very dry. I asked if it had been made earlier that day and reheated in the microwave and it had. I was given a replacement main course immediately and we received a complimentary limoncello with our bill. The other diners seemed very happy with their meals and my niece had no complaints with hers. I have put that I would not recommend Social Monkey but I would explain my experience ( as above) to family and friends and they can decide for themselves. I believe that SM is a sister venue to Glenhouse and I would definitely return there and recommend it.
