Hard to find. Once we finally got directions from a local we got into our room which was number 1. Would not recommend this room as the front door slams at all hours. The room is extremely compact and basic. It is clean but not what I would class as a hotel. Fine for an overnight but not for any longer.

Our check-in experience was great. We received very clear details on how to get into the hotel and then into our room: it all worked smoothly. The room itself was nice and clean, as was the shower room/toilet. We had three nights' very comfy sleep - and the bed was plenty big enough for us both (including a 6'4" husband!). We had no noise coming from either the restaurant upstairs far less the ferries at the adjacent terminal.
Some online reviews have mentioned the lack of any view in less than positive terms: in fairness this is something which is made clear in the booking details. We found that if you take (and Blu-Tack) a couple of your own pictures or photos then you can make it seem relatively 'homely'.
For what you get at the price in Oban town centre this represents outstanding value for money.
Definitely looking forward to coming back.

The room was big enough to put your luggage. The water pressure was strong! And the location was just perfect!

Very clean and tidy room, all good amenities, fresh decor, and fittings. Great deal on itison £60 but would be reluctant to pay £100 normal one-night stay.. A wee bit overpriced for room size, would recommend the deal but not full price

Lovely room , clean, large shower room, smells of bleach so smells clean.
However on entering the room there is an over powering smell of fish which you soon no longer smell until you leave.
Good value for a night.
Easy access and good communication with staff.
