my first time there so didnt know what to expect but what i did expect was a choice of food and the tribute act i booked for and i got neither so we left so dissapointing will not go again

Well organised and great entertainment. Very good value for money but do request an upgraded room. Hotel is on flight path so do expect to hear planes

We were really disappointed with the slow service at the bar. One person serving at the bar in reception, who was also covering serving the food. The evening meal was inedible, chicken was dry and tough. We went for breakfast at 9:10 and there was nothing ready. There were four in our party & we got three link sausage, 2 eggs & a spoonful of scrambled egg. The coffee machines weren't working. Although many people asked why there was no food, they said everyone came in at the one time. They did apologise but just thought for a hotel of that size it was a very poor service. Corridors did have a smell of dampness. On a positive note Room was good, comfortable beds. Staff were really nice. The entertainment was great we did have a good night, but really need to look at these issues.

Only disappointed by meal as chicken was very tough
